Revlon | Gucci Westman Evening Opulence Collection | Elusive
Random trip into Rite Aid lead me to Elusive from the Gucci Westman Evening Opulence Collection. Out of the four polishes, this was the only one that struck my fancy. When applying I thought 'What wizardry is THIS?!' I had no clue this was a matte polish! I get where they were trying to go with this but the base is too dry to wear it matte on its own. The base should have been more jelly like and it probably would have presented better. Elusive looks far better with top coat.
With top coat it dazzles and you get to see the some of the hidden sparkly treats! Without top coat you can't see the twinkles of purple. This is a nice polish but not on its own. You should be able to track this down at your local drugstore.
