Tis the Season...

Been 'perty busy' this last while trying to tie up loose ends as we cruise into the holiday season. Put up the Christmas tree which is new this year, hoping to get the new kitten used to it before doing some decorating (we will see). We passed the old tree (15 years) to friends along with all the lights that is one chore Wendy won't miss as the new one is pre-lit.

Went to Fort Langley Village Antique Mall recently, loved the Swiss Army Knife display cabinet

The Holly tree is loaded this year started gathering for my outdoor Christmas display it will be fun!

More Motto's and a nice stained glass window

There were waterworks this week, the system has been in over 35 years, I like the old cast iron fittings, a cart at the Lee's Grocery in Fort Langley and a view of the Golden Ears north of Maple Ridge.

Love those Pileated Woodpeckers

Reminders of Summer's flowers cheer me up.

Buddy and Taz, cedar ends from new flower bed, that old blue tub sure gets around, and a new Black, Black Friday vacuum (it was time).

Went to the beach looking for more free wood but all that was left was a steel corner, so I went to a local sawmill and bought a half cord of yellow cedar slabs, some fencing and firewood.
Hope to get back at the project soon.
Hope everyone is able to be with family and friends this holiday season. Best Wishes one and all! Rob
