There are a few things I have to cover today:

1. I am going to re-iterated that I have been obsessed with neutral colours and colour is still not going to be featured on this blog in the next week or two. I’m all about black, white, grey, winter white and navy. Today’s post is no exception.

2. Banana Republic is going back to it’s roots and giving JCrew a run for its money. Banana Republic was IT in the 90s, it created the trends and all other American retailers followed. BR lost it’s way but is back with a vengeance and has brought Marissa Webb to showcase how this change will bring back its former clientele. I love its fall/winter offerings and once Marissa brings her first full collection in 2015 I expect BR to see a renaissance. I am very excited and today wearing a BR skirt and sweater. This ensemble reminds me of the 80s – oversized sweater and full skirt. Instead of wearing an over the top sweater like in the 80s I am wearing this cream popcorn textured one. 3. For those who have not been involved in the ALS Ice Bucket Challenge or allocated money to any of the great charities out there please click here. A friend of mine, Anne, is facing all the difficulties MS is going to bring as her husband is battling this disease. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
