There was a time when the thought of playing around with any type of at home skin treatment frightened me. Steps: Apply a dime sized amount of Refinisher Cream in the palm of your hand;

Add a few drops of Thermal Activator and mix products until you achieve a creamy smooth consistency;

Apply with your fingers using circular movements. Do not rub; Leave for three or four minutes then rinse thoroughly with warm water;

One of the great things I find with microdermabrasion treatments is you do get some immediate results. For me it takes some continued use to see an improvement in skin tone, however the texture improvement is felt immediately. Once I finish a treatment my skin feels extremely soft.
