Paris Day Two: Château de Versailles.

Top- Mango//Shirt- Uniqlo//Trousers- H&M//Shoes- New Look

Day two of Paris was a full-day trip to one of the most stunning places I've ever been, the Palace of Versailles. The old palace is rich with history, covered in gold leaf, adorned with many a beautiful painting and surrounded with gorgeous gardens (not to mention, saturated with photo opportunities), which inevitably made for a perfect day out. Sporting an undeniably preppy look consisting of the most perfect white shirt I've found from Uniqlo and my new favourite print trousers from H&M, I got very snap-happy, much to the irritance of my bf. If the 800 room, more opulent than opulent palace wasn't enough to feast your eyes on, there are three further buildings to look around that are all just as beautiful; The Grand Trianon, The Petit Trinon and finally my favourite, the Hameau de la Reine- the cutest, quaint, English style hamlet.
That evening we swung by the Eiffel Tour for a quick look and topped off the day with an insanely good French style raclette at the cutest Parisian bistro, La Taverna. If you're popping to Paris anytime soon, it's more than worth a look-in.
