Parga.
I've just returned from a much-awaited week away in the town of Parga, Greece with my boyfriend and parents and it was certainly worth the wait. Parga is postcard-picturesque town on the north-west coast of the country and is without a doubt one of the most beautiful places I've ever been. Its a greek paradise, with gorgeous colourful houses, green rocky scenery and the clearest and bluest water I've ever swam in - literally heaven. I spent a divine week (that definitely didn't feel long enough) basking in the sun, burying my head in some books, trying my hand at a few watersports and stuffing my face with a bit too much Greek Salad and every carb under the sun (blame the Greeks, not me). With 150 tavernas to choose from, most of which line the seafront, Parga is incredible for food so there certainly wasn't a shortage of Mousakka and Stifado. It's also a short boat ride away from the incredibly pretty islands of Paxos and Antipaxos which were equally stunning. A highly highly recommended holiday destination...#takemeback.
