Once I got the hang of winged liner, I went liner crazy. I love trying new liquid liners, so when Milani had a 30% off sale not too long ago I threw this one in with my order. I was drawn to it’s pen shape and fine felt tip.
Milani claims that their liner is super black, doesn’t feather, and dries to a waterproof finish that doesn’t flake or budge. They don’t lie! I have used this many times (you can see it in these purple smoky eyes and these blue smoky eyes), and not a bit of feathering. It comes in one shade, Blackest Black, and it for sure is super inky black. I love inky black liner.
I didn’t experience any smudging or budging, and the liner doesn’t break down in the outer corner at the base of the winged liner. Yay! The fine felt tip is easy to use. I can draw everything from fine lines to bold, super winged out looks. I dare say I like this better than my go to Jesse’s Girl Waterproof Liquid Eyeliner, which I still say is a really good liner but I prefer the shape of the tip on the Milani a bit better (and it is a bit blacker too, which I like).
