I Believe … In Santa
Red! A collection with a red shadow! And purple! My top two favorite eyeshadow colors (if you forced me to pick some).
BFTE has two Christmas collections that have released, and the second will be on the blog tomorrow! Also, expect some looks coming up using the shadows. As soon as I laid my eyes on these my mind was already throwing together color combos.
The five colors in this collection are (clockwise starting at the top left and ending with the center shade):
- Jolly Old Elf – a gorgeous sparkling silver
- Santa’s Suit – a warm tomato red
- Kris Kringle – a beautiful mid-tone purple
- I Believe – A gorgeous shimmery yellow gold
- On Santa’s List – A dazzling bronze that sparkles
All of these have such a great texture. Very soft and easy to work with. All of the colors are pigmented (I do use them wet, since it is my preferred method of application for loose shadows and pigments) and apply nicely. I could see Jolly Old Elf and On Santa’s List in some really great looks for holiday parties. Creasing and wear time weren’t an issue for me (I do use a primer though, since I have chicken grease lids). I really loved them all, and the quality on them felt like high end pigments.
