our honeymoon teaser

We’ve been back from our honeymoon for almost a month now, and I feel absolutely horrible for not sharing any photos on the blog yet! The truth is: I’ve been focusing on a lot of personal projects (Rowan Made & Be Free, Lance included) as of late, which is why things have been slower over here. And since I still don’t have our vacation photos downloaded (I KNOW, what??) from my camera, I thought I’d do a quick instagram roundup of some of our favorite moments …

In Amsterdam, we stayed in this cute AirBNB (with an awesome sheep painting), walked for miles along the endless canals (the Jordaan district was my personal favorite), and had strawberry yogurt from a local grocery store each morning. In Belgium, we both fell completely in love with the city of Ghent and enjoyed strolling eating along the river, taking in all of the gorgeous architecture, and listening to talented musicians play outside on a public piano in the center of a square. I could have listened for hours. In Lille, I got pretty sick, so there’s not much to report there other than the amount of French TV we tried to comprehend in the hotel. And finally, in Paris, we ate at all of our favorite places, had several picnics, and visited The Louvre, which we missed last time. Overall, our trip was filled with a lot of walking, ice cream, and self reflection. I’ll share more details (including the best macaroni & cheese ever) shortly. I promise. :)
