If you are going back and forth about whether you want to have a sparkler send off at the reception you MUST take a look at this photos.

Maybe you are wondering if they will work, if the reception venue allows them or if they are even worth it. The answer is YES they are worth it and your guests will have fun with them as well! I loved the idea of having sparklers at my wedding. For us it was a little late and most of our guest were gone (so make sure if you are taking shots of the farewell with sparklers to do it not too late at the reception) but still we got our bridal party and rest of our amazing guests together and we lit the sparklers for a Sparkle Send Off (Farewell) and to get amazing photos. If you need some help ready below!

Read This Tips:

-Before you get the sparkles make sure you ask your venue, if they allow a sparkle send off and if there is a limitation on how many you can lit at the same time (we had that problem, which was not fun, I wanted to light hundreds of them).

-If you can, rehearse the sparkler send off. Keep in mind the distance the sparkles ignite from the sparkler. A good quality sparkler should burn consistent and bright.

-Keep a few buckets or mason jars with water or sand to place the sparklers in after they are used.

-Make sure your photographer has some experience with sparklers.

-Try to not use matches to lit the sparkles, if you can find big lighters or ask the venue if they can provide them and how many they can.
