Lilac Butterfly Stay Pretty

Happy Wednesday babes!! I told you on my last beauty post that I had an epiphany about the way I want my posts to look like. Easier said than done. You have no idea how long it took me to figure out how it’s done. Making collages like this one on PS Elements is not so easy if you haven’t got a clue like me. I asked Dumb Blonde (aka Holly) last week and she assured me it’s no bother! She’ll help me. I should have known better. Once I asked her she was like: Well it’s really complicated. It will take hours to explain it to you. Photoshop Elements is for amateurs. I’m sick I can’t do it…. ! I had to try it with my books. More or less I succeeded. Let’s say I know the direction. It’s not perfect or finished yet. Maybe it will never be but is that important? Not for me. I’ll just do my thang!!
Let’s get back to my makeup of the day! My sister Lola came back from work and told me her boss complimented her on her eyeshadow. Me: Wow!! Which one?? Lola: You know one of yours. Me: Yes well I have one thousand . Lola: One from p2. Me: Show me. Long story short it was the p2 metal eyes lilac butterfly. I had to immediately try it. It’s supposed to be a cream eyeshadow but it’s more like a powder. For wet and dry application. I prefer to apply it dry. It has a shimmery texture and sweeps on effortlessly. It last for hours without any flaking and it’s pigmentation is great. This shade is perfect for blue eyes but it looks great on my brown eyes too. Any drawbacks? Yes they have discontinued this shade! Sadly I dropped it on the floor and ruined it (someone said I was being clumsy) I wanted to buy it again and well it’s gone! Do they discontinue your favorite products too? It happens to me all the time. I’ll try the new shades now. They look interesting. One thing at the end. If you’re looking for the perfect everyday blush you don’t have to search no more. Mac’s Stay Pretty is the best! Hands down. Okay I will stop for today. Omg I can’t believe I have written that much
