Keeping Fit For Busy People

First of all if you don’t have time, don’t spend too much time on eating. Eat small portions when you have 5-10 minutes free in every 3-4 hours. Say goodbye to sugar and even sweeteners. Drink lots of water. For the training part I do Power-Plate 2 days a week. Power-Plate let’s you do the training of 1,5 hours in just 15-20 minutes. I also spend two evenings at gym for 45 minutes lifting weight and three evenings doing 250 crunches which takes about 20 minutes a session. So in total I spend only 2 hours 15 minutes a week for training. You may do more or you may do less but please make sure that you do some exercise of any kind which is suitable to you. Remember style always comes after health.
