Pintester’s Top 10 Posts of 2013

Guess what guys! Today is my blog birthday! Yep, I’ve been blogging for two years now (which is like a billion in blog years). Here’s my first ever post: all about a quirky mail display.

This year, we’ve had some highs and some lows– fine, mostly lows, but the year brought with it many more videos and a whole bunch of experiments (on the blog and in my life via recipes and crafts). I also ramped up my newsletter, which you should totally sign up for if you haven’t already. And just in case you’re new around here, I’m rounding up my top 10 posts of the year below, as voted for by you (because your visits always equal your vote).

Thanks so very much for your support this year– it always amazes me that I’ve somehow managed to be the most successful in my life at, you know, failing, and I’m ok with that.

That oughta keep you busy for a while. I mean, seriously, this has been a banner year. I’ve put all kinds of shit on my face (including glue), attempted many a horrible recipe, and lit many, many things on fire.

Also, I feel like now is maybe the appropriate time to tell you that I’m taking on a full-time day job in addition to this blog in 2014. Hopefully, this won’t affect you too much– I’ll still be blogging, and, I hope, sticking to a similar schedule to how things are now. But, if you see me falling down on the job (because of something other than drinking too much gin), you’ll know why. If you’re super curious, I wrote a long, navel-gazy rant about it on Medium, which you are welcome to read.
