What's Up with Moi Lately

The truth about all this is that I’ve had too many things on my hand lately. That much, I’d admit. I allowed myself to revel in the things I loved to do most. You might be curious as to where I have been the past days. Honestly, I’ve been nowhere near worlds of wonder or simply put, vacay places. I was just at the office, the town or at home. Okay. Now I have to admit this guilty pleasure of mine – watching “Once Upon A Time” on marathon isn’t really a bad idea right? I’m so hook-ed! Pun intended. What rock have I been under all these years that I have not known about this much earlier in my life? I think though this is still okay because I won’t have to wait week after week for an episode since it’s aired once a week in the US. Thank God for free streaming sites. Now I’ll only have to endure the long wait for Season 4 this September. My favorite ship will definitely be Captain Swan (Hook & Emma). I am totally obsessed with this series! Who says we’re old enough for fairytales?

So that’s number one on what I’ve been doing list. Next is, I’ve been canvassing all over town for perfect materials for my room improvement project. Part of what I’ve done is refurbishing an old rattan chair into a sleek black nightstand! I shall blog about it very soon as it had turned out exactly the way I want it to be. Also, I found this awesome set of pastel bed sheet and pillowcases from a local store in one of my sojourns. I love how soft and comfortable it is plus it’s very easy to the eyes. I know the curtains aren’t exactly a match right now – I have yet to find fabric that fits the bedcovers. Another little project was painting stripes on that letter “K”. I placed it on my nightstand, Hopefully, I’ll be able to take more photos soon. And as you can see the wall has already been painted white! Just a little more and I’ll have that dream bedroom of mine!
Moving on, here are some of the things I have acquired from my very generous sponsors. Let’s start off with a package from Hal Footwear. I received these awesome black ballet foldable flats with gold trimmings. It’s very comfy and easy to bring with you everywhere! I have yet to wear it on one of my OOTDs. You can check out their page for more stunning footwear and other lovely items!

Another thing that I am very obsessed with right now is this unique work of art – a pair of wooden sunglasses complete with its very own wooden case. The first time I saw it, I was simply amazed by this great handiwork! It’s really a novelty for me and I was like a child screaming with joy. Hahaha! In fact, I am now wearing it almost everyday :) Thank you so much HAL!

A woman has got to smell good, ya know? I've reviewed lots of fragrances before because I love smelling good and if you're a savvy shopper, you'd look for fragrances that are of good quality. So I bought this set of fragrances called Silver Rush from Natasha. It’s a set of lotion, EDT and solid perfume. Now that’ll really leave you smelling delicately fine all day.

Also, when it comes to hair care, I’d like to stick with this brand called Syoss. IDK but it really makes my hair smooth and soft to touch. My hair is a bit damaged from all the dyeing it went through but this brand really works wonders for me and it doesn't hurt that my hair smells good all day. It's really important that we take care of our hair, after all, it's our crowning glory.

Lastly, I;m one happy lady because Pro-Bio White has sent me boxes of their product for follow-up review. So watch out for the review I’m coming with after a month and a half! It's not my first time to review this product, if you read my first review, you'll know that this product really works.

So there, I think I've pretty much filled you in on what I've been up to lately. I will try to update this blog as much as I can but I won't be able to promise though. Haha! Thanks for dropping by dolls. :)
