everything moves more slowly here. i like it. the pace of life in sayulita is part of what draws us to this place.

2 weeks ago we relocated to a casa that we LOVE except for the fact that we have no internet there. maybe that will change, maybe it won’t – it’s not in my control at the moment. it’s been an interesting little journey - relinquishing my daily connection to the “outside world”.

though i’ve been pouting over my loss of easy access to the internet, i can’t help but notice the ways it has changed our family life for the better. i would have NEVER chosen to unplug at home – not even for just 2 weeks. AND i am undeniably the better for it.

if internet does become an option for us, i’ll take it in a heartbeat. for now i’ve found a little workspace that meets my needs and more.
