9/52: Jail Break

Let’s play a game called Find the Toddler. He’s somewhere in this picture, but I bet he’s hard to spot. Every time he wakes up, every single blanket and every single stuffed animal has to be taken out of captivity, thrown over the crib and released into the wild. In case you’re curious, he’s to the right of the blankets in the navy and orange pjs.

Side note, this was a hard week to capture. I’m a bit late on this as I was debating even posting it. It was one of those: we’re heading out of town and I still haven’t taken this week’s photo, I guess this will have to do kind of things. Does it still count as a portrait if you can hardly even see a sliver of the person? I guess it’s a portrait of our daily life, which is what the project is all about. It’s a fun moment in our day when he goes through the elaborate process of freeing his fuzzy friends and so I suppose that makes it worthy of a post.
