How to Layer and Accessorize a Winter Sweater

Unless I am wearing a dress, I always feel the urge to layer and layer and layer. I mean, a sweater is great… but not as great as if it had a patterned collared shirt underneath and then a bold statement necklace on top, right? I’ve worn this Berricle necklace several times since I got it back in November but this is the first appearance (and definitely not the last) up on my blog. I LOVE it! I know it sounds silly but I automatically feel cool whenever I put it on. I normally wouldn’t pair the handcuffs with this look but I love how it adds some edge to an otherwise very preppy outfit. These Citizens of Humanity Jeans have been another favorite of mine. I love the navy colored wax coating and think it’s a really sweet alternative to the every day black which everyone has! Hope everyone weeks starts off on a positive note. I am ready to tackle this awful cold once and for all and get my year off to a great start!!
