A quick post from my brief love affair with LA; three mornings of quiet appreciation while waking up to witness the sky on fire. Sunrises like these from the Mondrian Hotel make jet lag completely worthwhile. I was visiting the city for a weekend full of DVF for her Journey Of A Dress event, media preview and lunch gathering the following day in The Hills. I feel so blessed to have been able to celebrate such a milestone reflection for the humbly exquisite Diane von Furstenberg, and couldn’t help but be reminded of my own hard working, high achieving mum while meeting her.
