Flashing back to a fresh 8am stroll through London’s Knightsbridge. The major benefit of jet lag is being able to experience the peace and quiet of a major city before the crowds wake up… making me feel like this moment of London was just for us. We caught the tube down to Borough Markets only to find out that it was closed that day. Leading to an impromptu walk across the Thames, and finding a viewing spot above St Paul’s cathedral.
