While travelling it is impossible to stay on top of my emails due to unreliable wifi access… but the most common questions I receive from readers is for travel advice. As well as destination advice for weekends away, backpacking Europe, where to stay in NYC, and more often than expected (also from husbands to be!) honeymoon destinations. Obviously I’ve never been on a honeymoon, but our three days spent at Jumby Bay is exactly how I would envision mine.

Since staying at Rosewood Jumby Bay I have had a few people ask if there was anyone else staying there as it seemed to be completely deserted throughout Instagram photos. We were told that the resort was at its full capacity during our stay, but it felt like our own idyllic island the entire time.

Three moments resonated true paradise to me while there- flying in to Antigua and seeing the blue and greens of the Caribbean waters, carrying starfish whom wandered too far up the beach back to the safety of the sea and the most romantic moonlit at sunset dinner for two on the beach that I could have only dreamed of.
