My posts have been bouncing around back and forth between continents and months, much like I have felt. I have been trying to dedicate time for editing and finding wifi to post in a relative order, but my laptop decided to have a power surge and not turn on for these last few weeks! Now that it is being friendly again I brought this post from NYFW forward, basically because it has been my personal favourite outfit that I’ve worn for quite some time.

Usually when attending Fashion Week most people plan and pack for several weeks beforehand, deciding which outfits in advance. My approach is much like my personality- wake up on the day and try on every possible combination from my floordrobe (AKA the one suitcase I have been travelling for months with that has exploded on the floor) several times until I feel comfortable. I whatsapp’d this outfit to my sister who promptly told me “no way can you wear denim shorts to NYFW”. But I did. And it felt great.
