Mac Cosmetics Viva Glam Rihanna Lipstick Swatch

Omg, omg, omg! Was anyone else as excited about a new Viva Glam as I was?! In case you aren't familiar, 100% of the selling price of Mac Cosmetics Viva Glam lipsticks and lipglasses goes towards helping women, men and children living with and affected by HIV/AIDS. I'm a sucker for Mac lipsticks in general but throw in the fact that its for a good cause and I'm sold for sure, regardless of color.

This time around Mac Cosmetics collaborated with Rihanna on their latest Viva Glam release. This comes on the tail of a whole collection with Rihanna which I was definitely a major fan of. To be honest, when I heard this Viva Glam was a frost my first reaction was noooo. Frost's aren't typically my kind of thing but as I said before I would have gotten it regardless of the color, and I'm oh so glad I did!

I actually really love it! I'm kind of surprised but in a good way. It is a blue based red frost. Blue based reds are definitely my thing, I absolutely LOVE them. The frost isn't so in your face, so that's nice. It provides more of a nice shimmery plush effect.
