While You Were Looking Forward, I Was Looking Back

Imagine how much more magical any virtual platform would be if we would just be ourselves? It doesn’t matter whether it’s Facebook, Google , WordPress, Flickr, Second Life or any other such platform we choose to dally in to make our presence known. Why must we fill this ephemeral conglomeration of atoms with despicably petty grievances, trumped up dramas, and unsustainable saccharin-y sweetness? Why don’t we spend a day just being ourselves? You might be surprised, to most people you are probably one of the most interesting characters in their friends list. If it ends up your not, create a new friends list because we are seldom as alone as Gulliver with his Lilliputians and somewhere in this world there is someone as uniquely qualified at whatever you are qualified for and they could be at this moment also seeking you. Just a little seriousness on this not so serious “hump day.” But that’s just my take on it, I hope it’s at least something to mull over for you.
