Meal Planning Monday #58

Am I the only one surprised by how fast October is flying by? I feel like I blinked and the month disappeared! Cozy up to simple suppers this week...everything is yummy, hearty, and quick to get on the table...and perfect for October.
We love this Pumpkin-Sausage Pasta! If you haven't tried a little pumpkin in your pasta, you need to. It pairs beautifully with the sausage!

I love any type of casserole that I can whip up on a busy Tuesday night...and my Crunchy Fiesta Chicken Casserole is just that.

Have a really busy night with very little time to make anything for supper? Try my Spaghetti and Meat Sauce in the Slow Cooker! Everyone can grab a quick bite in-between school, football, gymnastics or whatever you're running to and from.

Kensington's favorite thing for supper are meatballs...so, I'm always looking for ways to make them new and different. I grated some fresh apple into these Apple Chicken Meatballs to make them just slightly sweet and perfectly delish. Such a winner at our house!

I love to make this Sausage and Tortellini Soup with chicken sausage but a good pork sausage would be excellent too. This is the perfect dinner for those dark and cold nights of fall.

Our bundt cake for the week is one of my very favorites! I love my Chocolate Spice Bundt Cake because it's a yummy chocolate cake but with the spiciness of fall. And that cinnamon cream cheese frosting? Delicious!

Every time I make these Candy Corn Cupcakes, I get excited. Yellow, orange, white and lots of Halloween fun. My kiddos and I just can't get enough of this festive treat!

And if you need a quick little treat for munchin' this week...you should make my friend Sarah's Halloween Popcorn. I'm thinking on Thursday night, I make this to go along with Scandal...sounds great, right?

Have the best Monday friends!!
XOXO
