Tiffany + Alex’s Nerdy Fall Wedding

Fall in love with Tiffany and Alex’s September wedding featuring superhero painted shoes and a little chess before the ceremony at Lake Winnipesaukee.

On the shores of the largest lake in the U.S these “slightly nerdy and nontraditional” sweethearts said “I do” at a beautiful morning ceremony held on the lawn at Church Landing in Meredith, New Hampshire. Photographer Hilary Colleen captured the nerdy couple who currently live in Colorado but came home to where they both grew up for their destination wedding.

Fall accents and vibrant oranges and blues where the theme of the day with a few touches of nerdiness like their engagement photos featured in the couple’s guestbook with a zombie apocalypse and the groom and groomsmen’s custom superhero painted shoes.

After the ceremony, Photographer Hilary Colleen shot the couple overlooking Lake Winnipesaukee and down on the docks. Later heading into the Carriage House for a brunch reception that included Belgian waffles, sausage links and cake pops for dessert while Hilary snapped a few more shots of the happy couple in the houses’ library.
