OUTFIT: Springtime

Beim Autofahren das erste Mal mit geöffnetem Fenster fahren und die Hand in den kühlen Wind strecken. Auf einer Bank sitzen und das Gesicht in die Sonne strecken. Die Vögel ein bisschen zu laut zwitschern hören. Ballerinas ohne Söckchen anziehen. Bemerken, wie schön es ist, wenn Büsche und Bäume blühen. Das alles ist für mich der pure Frühling - meine absolute Lieblingsjahreszeit. Alle werden wach, alle fangen an zu leben - Menschen, Tiere, Pflanzen. Alles wird ein bisschen heller, fröhlicher und bunter (tadaaaa meine Überleitung). Bunt ist auch mein Kimono, der jetzt seit einem Jahr im Schrank hängt und auf seinen großen Auftritt wartet. Mit seinem seidigen Stoff ist er die willkommene Ablösung für dicke Schals und Strickpullover (obwohl, ich habe da noch was in Petto, aber das muss ich an einem kühleren Tag ablichten).

Mit dem rosa-dominanten Muster möchte man sich ja eigentlich nur noch unter den Kirschbaum setzen und sich von fallenden rosa Blüten berieseln lassen. Hatten wir leider gerade nicht zur Hand - da mussten weiße Blüten herhalten. Zum leichten Stoff passend habe ich mich für eine lässige Ripped Jeans entschieden (die habt ihr hier schonmal gesehen), gepaart mit rosa Sandalen aus dem letzten Sommer, in die ich mich neu verliebt habe. Die gibt's zwar leider nicht mehr, aber hier findet ihr sehr ähnliche in vier verschiedenen Farben, allesamt sehr frühlingshaft. Die Enttäuschung geht übrigens direkt weiter, denn den Kimono gibt's auch nicht mehr. Eine ganze Latte an anderen Kimonos, zum Teil auch sehr ähnlich, findet ihr aber bei Asos. Für die tollen Fotos - und zwar nicht nur diese, sondern achtzig Prozent meiner Outfitfotos - bedanke ich mich hier mal ganz offiziell bei ♥ meiner Leni ♥, die sich zunehmend Zeit für diese Aufgabe nimmt und langsam zum Vollprofi wird. Driving with the windows down, holding your hand out into the cool breeze while driving. Sitting on a bench and having the sun shine in your face. Birds singing a little bit too loud. Wear flats without nylons. Realize, how beautiful blooming trees and flowers are. All that is 'so spring' to me. My favorite of all seasons. Everyone starts to wake up - people, animals, flowers. Everything seems brighter, happier and more colorful (talk about building a bridge to today's outfit). The kimono worn today is probably my most colorful item in the closet. It's been hanging there for about a year now, waiting for the right moment to shine - which was on this beautiful spring day. As it already is rather old, it's not available anymore - but you can find a variety of others here. When wearing it, the only thing you really want to do is sit under a cherry tree with light pink blossoms floating around you. As we didn't have a cherry tree at hand, we went for one with white blossoms. At this point, I'd like to take the opportunity to thank my beautiful friend Lena for helping me - especially lately - with all the outfit pictures. You really are the best ♥
