There's no place like home at Christmas

It seems like the holidays just began and now with Christmas only two weeks away I am trying to savor every last minute with my home all decorated in lights. It makes my house feels so cozy with twinkling lights in the background, a christmas movie on TV and the fireplace making us nice and warm.
My goal for this christmas was to have all of my gifts bought and wrapped by December 1st and I just barely finished everything by noon on that day. I am so excited that I don't have to rush around in the next two weeks scrambling to find gifts and fighting the crowds. I am going to try and relax and not let this season pass by in the blink of an eye.
