What's In Her Bag?: Lauren Kelly Gall

After earning her Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies at the University of Connecticut in 2010, Lauren Kelly Gall became an Educational Leadership Consultant for the Alpha Phi International Fraternity where I had the pleasure of meeting her in 2011 as the Consultant of newly formed Alpha Phi-Iota Xi chapter at the University of Denver. Upon leaving Denver, LK was snapped up by renowned online retailer, Gilt Groupe, to become their Talent Specialist in New York City. After Gilt Groupe, she was hired as a Human Resources Associate at Kate Spade and then was promoted to Human Resources Generalist also at Kate Spade, where she currently provides general HR support and full cycle recruiting for Jack Spade and Kate Spade New York in the areas of design, merchandising, customer service, administrative support, and marketing.
