stir fried chicken / brown rice and kale (recipe here)

avocado / cucumber / tomato / mozzarella / basil / olive oil / balsamic vinegar

pasta / butter / sweet potato / feta cheese / pepper

leek and potato soup (recipe here)

toasted bagel / cream cheese / pastrami / pickles

salmon / avocado / brown rice / kale / broccoli / toasted seeds / soy sauce

beetroot houmous (I don't remember which recipe I used but here's one)
I'm going through a bizarre phase with my eating right now. I seem to keep eating the same thing over and over again. I'll make and eat the same meal 3 or 4 times in a row. It's a bit to do with using up ingredients, and simply enjoying a meal and wanting to eat it repetitively. It's easy in a way only having to have a few things in the fridge at one time, but it's also not giving me much diversity in my diet. An oily fish like salmon 3 times in 3 days probably isn't ideal, not to mention that salmon isn't the cheapest fish out there! I'd like to plan a few meals for next week and change things up a bit.
