Lip of the Day- NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Morocco

I have a lipstick addiction like a lot of beauty bloggers and matte liquid lipsticks are especially having a moment right now. I have quite a few but the Bourjois Velvet Rouge Edition and the NYC Soft Matte Lip Creams are probably my favourites because they’re budget friendly and have a lovely texture and shade range.

I decided to go for something bright today (as usual) so I paired NYX lip pencil in Orange with NYX Soft Matte Lip Cream in Morocco. Both are a vibrant orange.

The lipstick looks a little drying but that’s the downside of matte lipsticks. It feels really comfortable to wear though.

On the rest of the face I have: MAC Blondes Gold pigment on the eyes and Napoleon Loose Eye Dust in Mosaic Gold around the tear duct, Benefit They’re real mascara, Maybelline Master Precise Liquid liner, Burberry Brow Sculpting Pencil, Burberry Sheer Foundation Powder, Guerlain Rose Aux Joues Blush in Pink Punk and the Guerlain Meteorites in Perles d’Etoile from the Holiday 2014 collection.
