Shoreditch

Hello from across the pond…again! I just realized that while I shared photos from colorful Central London and charming Notting Hill from my trip to London with Joy and Bonnie, I’ve been holding out on the rest of our trip photos. So today let’s go on a little fieldtrip to the hipster ‘hood of Shoreditch, shall we?

Basically the Silver Lake or Brooklyn of London, Shoreditch is where the cool kids are. There’s even an Ace Hotel to prove it. We had fun eating and shopping our way through the graffiti-lined streets of Shoreditch, even on a rainy day. Here’s a peek…

Aren’t the shops and cafes just the cutest?

If the exchange rate hadn’t been so bad, I would have walked away with one of everything.

Sweet stripes.

Cheeky teacups.

Flamingo socks!? Yes please!

So, now that you’ve seen Shoreditch & Notting Hill & Central London, I ask: Which London neighborhood would you live in? My answer in the comments…
