THE WEEKLY RECAP

I’m spending this weekend doing some serious holiday detoxing and perhaps a little frolicking in the snow with Z, what are your plans? Here’s hoping you stay toasty if you’re here on the East Coast! And if you’ve yet to check out the following links from around the web, I highly recommend you carve out some time to do so…

Work Space via Steve Miller Design Studio

›› One of my favorite interior design teams, Tilton Fenwick, recently revealed a sneak peek at their new fabric collection for Duralee and from what I can tell, it looks fantastic. Definitely going to have to make a point of heading to Duralee to pick up swatches SOON.

›› The Steven Alan x West Elm collection launched! This pillow tops my wish list.

›› Grace’s post on body image really hit home at a time when so many of us are focusing on resolutions related to dieting, working out, etc. Such a brave piece to put out there and I applaud her for it.

›› This DIY kind of rocked my world. I’ve long loved Schumacher’s Asara Flower wallpaper but never wanted to splurge on the price (especially given that I live in a rental) but this stencil is a great compromise. And Mary Ann executed it flawlessly!

›› Matouk scalloped linens. On sale. Give it all to me.

›› I used to be a serious Soul Cycle devotee and though I’ve shifted my thinking lately about what types of exercise work for me, I still attend a class about once a week. If anything, it brings me peace of mind – so of course I appreciated Domaine’s interview with their design manager on how to achieve the same zen-like atmosphere in your home gym (not that I have one, but you know, for inspiration down the line – aim high).

›› I know, I know, Spring seems like eons away right now – but this really is the perfect trench. Consider scooping it up before it’s gone!
