DAY OFF AT LA ANTIGUA

Last week I was back in Guatemala. I love going back to that country which, as I have told you countless times, I have enormous affection for. This time I went to a couple of meetings and took advantage of the fact that we had a few days of vacation in El Salvador which allowed me to stay a few more days in this beautiful country. Slowly I'm learning more and more about Guatemala's roots and how these are included in local fashion.

I wore this look when I went for a walk in Antigua Guatemala, looking for handcrafted products. Since I knew we would be walking a lot, I chose a super comfortable outfit: ripped jeans and black top, to which I added Superga sneakers with glitter, a cross-body bag from Maria's Bag (Guatemalan brand), a Panama Hat, a neon necklace to give that pop of color to the black shirt and, finally, I added Sequence bracelets (Salvadoran brand) and my inseparable Ray-Ban Aviators. La semana pasada estuve nuevamente en Guatemala, y es que me encanta llegar a ese país al que ya innumerables veces les he dicho, que le tengo un enorme cariño. Esta vez fui a unas reuniones pendientes y aproveché que en El Salvador teníamos vacaciones para quedarme unos días más para poder conocer más de este lindo país. Poco a poco voy aprendiendo más de sus raíces y cómo estas se están impregnando en la moda.

Este look lo usé el lunes pasado para recorrer Antigua Guatemala en busca de artesanías. Como sabía que caminaríamos mucho, elegí un outfit súper cómodo: ripped jeans y top negro, al cual le agregué sneakers con glitter Superga, una cross-body de Maria's Bag (marca guatemalteca), un Panamá Hat, un collar neón para darle ese pop de color a la camisa negra y, por último, agregué pulseras Sequence (Marca salvadoreña) y mis inseparables Aviadores Ray-Ban. Y para aprovechar los momentos de descanso y poder revisar mis correos y actualizar el blog, llevé un clutch el cual me sirvió como cover para mi iPad. Un beso y gracias por visitar el blog =)
