Woven Details

While I may not be jumping on the Birkenstock bandwagon (they emphasize my size 10 feet in an unfortunate way), I was pretty excited to see huaraches also making a comeback this season. I vividly remember, as a little girl, getting to pick out a new pair at the beginning of each summer, along with saltwater sandals. I typically chose white back then (to match my Sunday dresses) but I love the natural look of this real leather pair. They may not have the edgy cool-girl feel of Birks, but they are just as comfortable and, in my opinion, much more flattering on my big feet.
