“What a Man” Moment

So this conversation took place the middle of last week:

Husband: “Hey babe…I forgot to mention. I have a business trip next week so I’ll be gone Monday through Wednesday.”

Me: “Oh, okay.”

Husband: “So…would you and Cooper want to come?”

Me: no words…just smiling with a full heart. I have a husband that wants to take his wife and his 19-month old son with him on his business trip!?

But seriously. I fell in love all over again.

We spent one of the afternoons at Wash Park in Denver with good friends. Cooper had a liiiiitttle bit of fun

Mommy Moments

You guys know that I am new to being a “stay at home mom.” I still feel like I’m this immature baby sitter that a couple booked at the last minute for a date night without doing their research. Everyday I am completely caught off guard at least once. I ask questions to myself everyday like this…

“Why is there a toilet plunger in the kitchen pantry?”

Why is my P90x3 DVD with Elmo?

“Yay!” Moment

So this actually took place over a week ago but I forgot to share it here…and since I’m still excited about it, I thought I would post it!! Yay!

I actually found out the other week that I earned a trip for my husband and I to go to Mexico for 5 days!! To say I’m excited is an understatement. I won the trip through my work as a Beachbody coach. I guess I had better get ready to create an actual “beach body!” Gulp!
