Romantic Outdoor Wedding Amongst the Trees

This Georgia wedding is so thoughtfully personalized, using treasured family antiques decorating the reception and small wooden boats floating on the surrounding ponds as a nod to the groom’s love for sailing. It’s moments like that, planned by Chancey Charm Weddings with florals by Gertie Mae’s Floral Studio, that make this day so special. The images by Odalys Mendez Photography certainly help too. From Odalys Mendez PhotographyA collector and artisan at heart, Leah knew when she started planning her dream wedding that she would be involved in every last detail. She incorporated family heirlooms and traditions into the day, bringing treasured family antiques to the gardens to make her guests feel like a part of her home. The day was a warm meeting of family and friends, surrounded by the beauty of nature, and steeped in relaxed southern comfort. Heirloom photographs of ancestors were included in the invitation suite. To honor the groom’s interest in boating, small wooden sailboats floated on ponds throughout the venue.
