NYFW to Move

Get ready to pack and move.

This February will mark a turning point for New York Fashion Week. Since 2010, the week had been taking place at the Lincoln Center but that will have to hang. The court has decided that Damrosch Park, adjacent to Lincoln Center has been damaged by the fashion weeks and has to be restored. After the shows in Februrary 2015, the week will have to find a new home. There is no official document regarding where the event will be taking place in the future, but we know that the officials want to change and reinvent themselves.

Bu Şubat ayı, New York Moda Haftası için değişim getirecek. 2010 senesinden beri Lincoln Center’da gerçekleşen moda haftası; mekanın hemen yanında yer alan Damrosch Park’ın zarar görmesi dolayısıyla taşınmaya hazırlanıyor. Şubat 2015’teki defileler dolayısıyla bir devrin bitişine işaret ediyor. Şu an için nereye taşınacağı belli olmasa da, moda haftasının bu şansı kendini değiştirip, yenilemek için kullanacağı dedikodular arasında.
