Lately...

Oh you guys! This week has been a big one and it's only wednesday! Wanted to update you on some new life happenings. On Monday we got dressed up (I wore this dress and these boots - crazy bout em!) for a family photo shoot with the Cobb Chamber of Commerce. Super flattered that they asked us to pose. The maple leaves look like the prettiest gold confetti right now.

My big girl lost her first tooth - eating a corn dog!! Ha! She has been wiggling that tiny tooth for weeks and I had a very good feeling it was on its way out this week. She proudly ran out of school with a little plastic tooth necklace with it carefully nestled inside. All the kids wanted to hold it. Ack! I could not be prouder of my girl. She is donating 10" of her hair in a Locks of Love school assembly this afternoon. You will have to hold me back from bawling. Can't.even.think.about.it. without tearing up.

I went to the most fun cakes and cards party at The Goat Farm last night with Southern Living and Minted. Lots of hanging out with some of my favorite ladies, tasting Southern Living's December cover cake (good grief it's delicious!) and I also got to meet the loveliest creative people. Here's a somewhat blurry peek at this year's card. I'll post a better one after we've sent them.
