Misa Fall 2013 Blink of an Eye Collection Swatches

press sample
Hi guys! Today I have Misa's Fall 2013 Collection called Blink of an Eye to share with you! I didn't even know Misa had a Fall Collection until these landed in my mail box a couple weeks ago...better late than never I suppose! The collection is 3 semi textured glitters and 3 satin finish shimmers. Check out all the swatches after the jump!

For all the swatches I used top coat, the 3 shimmers do dry down to a satin matte finish but I just didn't care for them that way, so I added top coat before taking photos :)

Angel Eye is a silver glitter. This dries with a touch of texture, it's very subtle to the eye and to the touch. The formula was a little bit thick but very easy to apply and the opacity was great. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade
Don't Blink is a gold glitter. This is the same as Angel Eye in terms of finish and has a little bit of texture. The formula was good, again a little thick but very easy to apply and the opacity was fantastic. I used 1 coat for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade
Eye Candy is a bright red shimmer. This one just glows! This dries to a satin matte finish but looks a million times better with a coat of top coat. The formula was great, it was a nice consistency and super opaque. I used 1 coat for the photos below.

Flutter and Feather is rosy pink glitter. Like the other glitters it dries with a little texture but nothing major. The formula was a little bit thick but easy to work with and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

Lighting: Shade
High Brow is a a blackened burgundy base with burgundy shimmer. This is the stunner of the collection, I'm always a sucker for shimmers like this. The formula was good, it was a nice consistency and the opacity was good. I used 2 coats for the photos below. This does dry down satin matte but I felt like it looked so flat that way, it comes alive with top coat!

Lash Out is a teal shimmer. This leans more towards blue on my but in the bottle it leaned a little more green so I guess that will just depend on your skin tone! The formula was good, it was nice and opaque and easy to apply. I used 2 coats for the photos below.

The Blink of an Eye Collection is available now at MisaCosmetics.com, you can also find these at etailers like Transdesign.com.
