The new baby smell {giveaway}

Smells are nostalgic. You know what else is nostalgic? A newborn baby. The squishy faces, milk residue on their upper lip, and the smells. OH the smells! I don't think it is possible for a newborn baby to stink....besides their poo which doesn't smell like traditional poo anyway. I saw something posted on a mom's Facebook group I am in about switching from baby shampoo to kids shampoo when your kids are toddlers. I got a pit in my stomach thinking there will be a day when my sweet baby boy (okay not so much a baby anymore) won't smell like a fresh baby. I could smell baby shampoo all day long which is why I love post bath, pre bedtime snuggles. Baby shampoo, baby lotion, baby powder...I don't think there is a more precious and memory infusing smell in the world. As I watch Ford grow quickly into a toddler and shed off his baby-hood, I am so thankful we have another baby on the way! Gosh it flies too quickly.

To satisfy my hormone induced, emotional need for sniffing my baby, I was given a set of Old Factory soy wax candles in Newborn Baby scents: Baby Powder, Baby Shampoo, and First Blanket.

How genius is this line of candles for new moms, moms watching their babies leave for college, or anyone really (I mean who can deny baby smells!). They smell heavenly and exactly like their names!
