PDQ

Yesterday, Ford and I (and my little sister!) had the chance to visit the brand new PDQ restaurant that opened up in our area (for you locals, it is in Cedar Park right by the HEB Plus at Lakeline). Boy did it NOT disappoint. We were given a private tour of the state of the art facility and were shocked by all the fresh, antibiotic free, never frozen produce, meats, and ingredients they use. Top notch in my book. PDQ, which stands for People Dedicated to Quality, is a fast casual restaurant offering delicious hand battered chicken tenders, fresh cut fries, salads, milkshakes, and more. I almost hate calling it "fast food" because YES it is fast (our food came out within 2 minutes), but you get more of a sit down experience. We had people coming to our table offering sauces, napkins, and their personal assistance. PDQ is the perfect place to bring kids of all ages or meet a friend for a quick lunch.
