looking on the bright side courtesy these cuties

Just some pictures I took of this cutie and her handsome brother. It's been a doozy of a past month or so around these parts, peeps... so instead of typing out my laundry list of complaints, I thought I'd leave you with these to brighten your day. : ) Because when it comes down to it, life could always be worse!

P.S. I finally (hopefully) successfully calibrated my monitor finally... and as I look back through my posts and photos, I realize just how off my colors and saturation have been... for years. Sigh. But then again... with all the different ways to view things now (tablets, phones, laptops, LCD vs. LED screens... blah, blah, blah...) it's no wonder a person can feel a bit frazzled when trying to make sure their images look perfect.

The truth is... they never will look perfect on every single display out there. The image quality perfectionist in me is truly depressed by this. Anyone else? (I exaggerate, but yeh, it pretty much sucks!)
