ok, i promise this is good. it sounds kind of strange ... maybe even bizarre, but i swear it to be amazing. this recipe coincidentally has apricot jam incorporated as well, i guess i have a thing for apricots? ... which would be strange knowing as a kid i absolutely hated them. however, i recall, it was mostly a texture thing. anyhow, i didn't have much luck getting camden to try this sweet and spicy quesadilla concoction, mostly because of the jalapeños ... one thing you must know about camden here and now is he absolutely hates anything spicy, and anything from the sea for that matter which often puts me in a bit of a pickle since i absolutely love both of these things ... and so, since i'm missing my second opinion here, i guess you'll just have to take my word for it ;)
you'll need: one tortilla one tablespoon of apricot jam a handful of shredded turkey 1/8 - 1/4 cup of shredded medium cheddar cheese about 1/4 cup of chopped jalapeños
spread the apricot jam over the tortilla and place in a heated medium skillet. add the cheese, shredded turkey, and jalapeños. fold the tortilla in half and cook until all the cheese has melted. enjoy.
