I’ve never been a very adventurous eater, that’s why these fusion dishes are perfect for me. Pairing something new (thai flavors) with something familiar (Mexican food) is just enough adventure for me. There were 6 months that I would make this dish at least 2 times a month…I love it so much I even made it for the in-laws one night!
