In January, I enjoyed my last month with my daughter being an only child.
Our church opened a new campus and we began attending.

We welcomed Noah Fisher to the family.

Alden said her first complete sentence, “I got a ball!”
April
Alden and I celebrated our 3rd wedding anniversary.
I lost my first 10 pounds.
Alden gashed her head on our coffee table. She still has a scar.
June
Noah learned how to do a barrel roll and did it often (and still does) during diaper changes.
Noah started to smile all the time. He still hasn’t stopped.
Rial and I enjoyed his employer’s VIP night at a local concert festival.
July
Rial turned 27.
I started the process of being banded. Attended my seminar and got declined by insurance.
Alden really started understanding the whole pottying process.
August
My baby girl turned 2-years-old!
Mom and I ran our first two 5ks. We haven’t run since.
September
I got LAP BAND surgery!
Alden started her 2nd Mommy & Me Dance session.
Noah started climbing.
October
I started as a consultant with The Pampered Chef!
I got my first LAP BAND fill.
Noah started pulling up and cruising.
November
I turned 26.
Noah had a double ear infection.
Rial & I started to really get interested in homesteading and planned our first venture: beekeeping.
December
Got my second LAP BAND fill and finally hit the sweet spot.
Got down to 202.5 lbs.
Built our bee hive and started planning more in depth homesteading for 2014.
This is pretty much what happened this year. Tomorrow I will share with you my goals and resolutions for 2014. I cannot wait to share the next year with you all!
