Last Minute Halloween Makeup Looks

This week I have posted four Halloween looks with the four ELF Cosmetics Halloween Beauty Books that they have in Target stores for just $6.00 each! Each book gives you 8 eyeshadows, one pair of falsies, one liner pencil, and a lipgloss color. If you are running around looking for last minute costumes and need a good makeup set, you'd be better off buying these books than those other cheapy costume sets.
