Chanel Etats Poetique: AW14 Make Up Collection

Chanel's AW14 make up collection Etats Poetique is almost here & I for one am so excited about it. Why? Because it is going to perfectly complement your AW14 wardrobe & give you a polished make up look for the coming season.
So let's dive in & take a sneaky peak....

Les 4 ombres eye shadow compact in Poesie contains some gorgeous browns & bronzes. Totally wearable shades that will take you from day to night. If you're not keen on wearing pinks & plums on your eyes, this is the palette for you...but hurry as it's limited edition.
If you want to mix & match your colours a bit more the solo shades in the Ombres Essentielles collection are perfect. Featured in the promo shots for this collection they are a match made in heaven for all those berry & mustard hues we will be wearing in autumn winter.

Lips are going much more glossy for AW14. As well as offering two gorgeously wearable Levres Scintillantes, Chanel have opted for their Rouge Coco Shine lipsticks in this collection, which give a sheer, glossy finish on the lip.

For Le Vernis this season, the shades come with a pearlised finish, especially is the case for the limited edition shade Atmosphere, which almost has a spilled petrol effect. This is something we've not seen on nails for a while, so I'm quite excited about it!

This seasons blush is a pinky coral that will work well with either the browns or the plums/pinks in this colour palette.
