Rome Garden Villa Wedding

Rome weddings tend to be lavish and opulent affairs, but Agatha and Ryan wanted something different. Striving for a rather natural and organic look, they opted for a beautiful garden wedding overlooking the Eternal City. And what can I say, they had my kinda wedding: A simple yet elegant dinner party al fresco, with a romantic enchanted garden atmosphere. I am loving the white and green table décor with figs, and of course the exquisite Italian food (fresh burrata, made that morning)… Now add to that a ceremony held under a canopy of gorgeous trees, a vintage gelato cart and, most importantly, the gorgeous photography from Studio A Q and you get what might just be my favorite Italian wedding yet.

From the wedding planner, Stefanie Cove: “The dinner was in an area referred to as the “Secret Garden.” Guests dined al fresco on wood tables that were draped with handmade, sheer linens. The center of the tables featured terra cotta vessels that were filled with a mix of ivory dahlias and garden roses with green accents of hydrangea, baby ferns and fresh figs –Agatha’s favorite!”

I spy a gelato cart! And chesterfield sofas as a lounge area for guests… love the idea!
