Monochrome daisies in springtime.

Right now we're at that strange time of year where we're teetering between two different seasons, and boy is it making putting outfits together a headache! Just when I've got quite used to my daily uniform of dresses, cropped jumpers, and winter coats, the sun puts in an appearance and suddenly it's all change. Today's outfit is, admittedly, a safe one, but one I feel extremely comfortable in. I wore it into town last week, when it was a little too chilly to go without a coat, but too mild to need any extra layers. One of my favourite looks this season has been breaking up a monochrome outfit with a burst of pastel pink, and this outfit is a pretty typical example!
I really love the simplicity of the daisy print playsuit from Boohoo. I was sent a skater skirt last summer in the same fabric, and I still love how versatile it is. The print is really fun and retro, but since it's monochrome you can pair it was endless colours. This playsuit is even prettier, and the cut is so flattering - it nips in my waist perfectly. Definitely a great piece for the transitioning seasons.
