Fall Wedding Style | Hair, Makeup & Dress
One of my good friends is getting married in a fall wedding this Saturday and as always I am extremely happy for her! Plus it is an opportunity to see some of my closest friends and we all haven’t been together since the LAST time someone was getting married. Anywhoo, if you are anything like me, the first thing you think upon receiving an invitation is “What am I going to wear?” and “How am I going to do my hair?” I know I’m not alone!
Since this is a fall wedding, I decided to rock a brown dress that I wore previously as a bridesmaid in another wedding. Finally a dress I can truly reuse! I decided to do sort of a dry run of my makeup and hair to make sure the dress fit and decide what products I need to pack. None of my friends live in my current city…or the same city as each other now that I think about it – so every time someone gets married a bunch of traveling is involved.
Anyway, I ended up loving the final look and have definitely decided my Urban Decay Naked 3 palette is the big winner for the makeup. I used Motions setting wrap lotion on my hair to smooth the top of my hair down and keep the curls frizz free and Motions Define My Curls creme gel on my edges. The dress is clearly the star of the show since it can be worn in SO many different styles! Watch me put everything together below:
